Blue Water Villa One occupies 1,800 square metre of the highest ground enjoying panoramic views to the south and west. It comprises a master bedroom suite, four guest suites, a spacious. open living area, maids' quarters, two pools and a sala. The five buildings are interconnected by the pools and waterfalls and are arranged to take maximum benefit of the views.

The master suite is on highest ground with a separate dressing room, spa bathroom, garden shower, private Jacuzzi, and extensive terrace facing south-west.

At the main pool level a guest building includes bedroom, dressing room, private Jacuzzi, spa bathroom and garden shower. A terrace with views to the south-west connects via a garden walkway to the lower garden pool.

Guest suites 2&3 are arranged on two floors in the forth building. Each bedroom has private access from the garden and includes a dressing area, spa bathroom, garden shower and terrace. It benefits from dramatic views to the south-west.
