Because there are no private beaches in Thailand, and no private jetties are permitted on Koh Samui, we decided to create our own group of garden villas that were both environmentally friendly and had easy access to moorings suitable for blue water sailors.

By keeping the project small, and taking care to be in no way intrusive, we were able to avoid the pitfalls of those developers who tried. and failed, to create marina style living on this protected island..
